More than three months since the last debate, the City Council has returned to talk about the deal Residence "Il Castagneto" why a deadline was suddenly to lie: the 60-day period , later expanded in 1990, by which the company responsible for the building would have to carry out its duties and return to the ranks of the Act (see Empolitana April 2010).
If the last time we painted the affair as "tragicomic spectacle, this time we could only call it comedy.
The City, in fact, carried in the Council, ready to act, the act of acquisition of the parking and the room below, as per previous agreements, with a small (?) procedural defect: the act, in fact, were lacking any references to what land was acquired, replaced by blanks or dots, with only some reference to an area located on Viale Piave. In fact, it was asking the Council to act on a blank check, the references would then be added afterwards. All compounded by the complete lack of technical expertise of a local about the maintenance status and legality of the work. The decision, of course, would have been unlawful and so, after several discussions, and suspension of the sitting a public vote, the text was removed from the majority and all postponed until a later date.
Naive? Ignorance? Presumption?
The adjectives that describe this move is left to the reader which, however, we can still refreshment of memory on the salient points that have remained unsolved ..
In April there was talk of recovery, albeit within the limits indicated above, to represent loading and unloading of part of the sidewalk in front of the residence, which, however, to date, there is still no tangible trace.
